About Deliverless

We're on a mission to help people spend less on delivery — one conscious choice at a time.

The problem with delivery

Most of us have a rough sense that we order delivery "a lot." But rough senses are hard to act on. The bill at the end of the month shows up and it feels like a surprise — even though, looking back, it shouldn't be.

We're not bad at money. We're just not seeing clearly. Delivery apps are designed to make ordering frictionless. A few taps and it's done. The spending happens in small, forgettable increments — £12 here, £18 there — until suddenly it's the end of the month.

Why willpower isn't the answer

We've all tried the "I'm just not going to order anymore" approach. It works for a few days, maybe a week. Then Wednesday night arrives, you're tired, the fridge is looking thin, and the app is right there on your phone.

Willpower depletes. Awareness doesn't.

When you can actually see your patterns — which apps, which days, how often, how much — something changes. Not shame. Not a lecture. Just clarity. And clarity is what makes the next order a real choice, not autopilot.

What we're building

Deliverless is a habit tracker for delivery spending. It shows you what you're choosing, helps you set intentions, and celebrates every win — whether that's cooking twice this week or realising that Friday delivery is actually your favourite treat and you're keeping it happily.

No shame. No lectures. No telling you what to do. Just honest numbers and a nudge toward conscious choices.

What we stand for

Awareness

Show people their patterns without judgment. Seeing is the first step to changing.

Autonomy

Help people choose intentionally. The goal is conscious ordering, not zero ordering.

Compassion

Meet people where they are — tired, busy, doing their best. Celebrate every win, no matter how small.
