Deliverless ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Deliverless mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and the website located at deliverless.com (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We believe in transparency — no fine print tricks, no surprises. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
In short: We collect only what we need to help you track your delivery spending habits, and we treat your data with the same respect we'd want for our own.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
- Self-reported spending data: You may manually enter information about your delivery orders and home-cooked meals. This data is entered by you — we do not connect to your bank accounts, delivery apps, or any financial institutions.
- Communications: If you contact us for support or feedback, we may collect the contents of those messages.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage data: How you interact with the app, including features used, time spent, screens viewed, and actions taken.
- Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how people use the Service. This may include crash reports, performance data, and aggregated usage statistics.
- Push notification tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect a device token through Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications.
We do not collect your bank account details, credit card information, or passwords to any delivery services. Your spending data is self-reported and only as detailed as you choose to make it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Track and display your delivery spending patterns, streaks, and savings
- Send you push notifications (such as streak reminders and encouragement), if you've opted in
- Understand how people use the app so we can make it better

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information from you:

- Advertising & attribution platforms — to measure marketing campaign performance. Specific platforms and their respective privacy policies will be listed here as they are adopted.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.
Aggregated, anonymized data that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have control over your information. Here's what you can do:
- Access & update: You can view and update your account information within the app at any time.
- Delete your account: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@deliverless.com or through the app settings. We will process your request within 30 days.
- Push notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
- Analytics opt-out: You can limit analytics data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings (such as "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
- Data portability: You can request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure data storage, and access controls.
That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Deliverless is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. California Privacy Rights
